What the Evaluate Stage Does
Evaluate judges whether the work meets the success criteria. It critiques outputs, catches errors, and either improves them through feedback or sends them back for rework.
Why It Matters
Autonomy without evaluation drifts. A dedicated check stage is what keeps quality high as volume grows, and it produces the signals that learning depends on.
